Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Legaleyez Corp website, network, courses, content, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who may use the Services

The Services are intended for professional use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The network and expert connections

Legaleyez Corp operates a professional network that helps connect attorneys with legal nurse experts and provides related education. We facilitate connections and provide a platform — we do not provide legal or clinical services ourselves. Specifically:

• Experts listed or connected through the network are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Legaleyez Corp.
• We do not guarantee the qualifications, availability, performance, opinions, or outcomes of any expert, nor the results of any engagement, matter, or case.
• Any professional engagement, retention, or relationship formed between an attorney and an expert is solely between those parties. Legaleyez Corp is not a party to it.
• Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship, a nurse-patient relationship, or any professional-client relationship with Legaleyez Corp.
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and for meeting your own professional, ethical, and licensing obligations.

Courses and the Academy

When you purchase or enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access that content for your own professional development. You may not share, resell, record, redistribute, or publicly display course content, or use it to build a competing offering. Access may be tied to your account and to active membership or enrollment status.

Purchases, pricing, and payments

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed by our third-party processor (Stripe); by purchasing, you agree to their processing of your payment. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Merchandise

Merchandise is made to order through a third-party fulfillment provider. Returns and replacements are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Services unlawfully; infringe others' rights; upload harmful code; scrape, harvest, or copy content or member data; attempt to gain unauthorized access; misrepresent your identity or credentials; or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

Intellectual property

The Services and all content we provide — including text, course materials, graphics, branding, and the "LegalEyez" and "Legaleyez Corp" names and marks — are owned by Legaleyez Corp or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited licenses granted to you here, no rights are transferred.

Your content

If you submit content (such as an expert profile, application details, or communications), you grant Legaleyez Corp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content as needed to operate the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit, including that you have the right to share it.

Third-party services and links

The Services rely on and may link to third parties (for example, payment, video, hosting, email, and fulfillment providers). We are not responsible for third-party services or content, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, nursing, or professional advice. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result, outcome, income, or career benefit will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legaleyez Corp and its officers, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Services, any expert connection, or any course. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Legaleyez Corp for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legaleyez Corp from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Governing law
