Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds and returns work across our digital products, memberships, and physical merchandise. Because we sell different types of products, different rules apply to each — please review the section relevant to your purchase.
Digital courses & the Academy
Course content is delivered digitally and is accessible immediately after purchase. Because access is granted right away, refund eligibility is limited.
- Refund requests must be submitted within [7] days of purchase.
- Eligibility depends on how much of the course has been accessed. Requests are generally not eligible once more than [20%] of the course content has been viewed or completed.
- Certain enrollment fees, promotional pricing, and bundled offers may be non-refundable.
- Downloadable materials (such as PDFs, templates, or resources) are non-refundable once downloaded.
Note for the business: set the exact refund window and access threshold above. A short window with an access cap is standard for digital courses and helps prevent "watch then refund" abuse.
Memberships & subscriptions
Membership and subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
- Fees already billed for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- You will retain access to membership benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- To cancel, use the account settings in your dashboard or contact us.
Physical merchandise
Our merchandise is made to order(printed individually when you order). Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.
Please order carefully:
- Check sizing using any provided size guide before ordering — we cannot accept returns for the wrong size ordered.
- Confirm your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to sender or reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require an additional shipping charge.
We will always make it right if the problem is ours — see Defective, damaged, or incorrect items below.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your merchandise arrives defective, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
- Contact us within [14] days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and any damage or defect.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be asked to pay return shipping for our error.
How to request a refund or return
To start a refund or return, contact us with:
- Your order number
- The product in question
- The reason for your request (and photos, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)
We will review your request and respond with next steps.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. Please allow a reasonable number of business days (typically [5–10]) for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable except in the case of our error.
Non-refundable items (summary)
For clarity, the following are generally not eligible for refund:
- Courses accessed beyond the eligibility threshold above
- Downloaded digital materials
- Membership fees for a billing period already in progress
- Made-to-order merchandise, except where defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of account or Academy access while the dispute is reviewed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
